HAUPPAUGE, NY – IVCi proudly announces that its President, Dawn Cagliano, has been appointed to the NSCA Board of Directors. NSCA is the leading not-for-profit association representing the commercial integration industry.
Cagliano previously served on the NSCA Education Foundation Board, where she supported workforce development and educational initiatives focused on strengthening the future of the commercial integration industry. Her appointment to the Board of Directors reflects her continued commitment to advancing both the industry and the professionals within it.
Cagliano is one of two newly elected directors joining the NSCA Board for the 2026–2027 term, which officially began on July 1, 2026. In this role, she will help guide the association’s strategic direction while supporting initiatives that foster collaboration, promote industry best practices, and help integration firms build stronger, future-ready businesses.
During nearly two decades with IVCi, Cagliano has helped shape the company’s strategic direction while championing a customer-first culture and operational excellence. Under her leadership, IVCi achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 100 throughout 2025 and has maintained that score year-to-date in 2026, the highest score attainable under the NPS methodology, reflecting the organization’s continued commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
