The Heritage Room, a stunning event space within the headquarters of a global luxury fashion house at Hudson Yards, is designed to embody the brand’s elegant craftsmanship and distinguished heritage through refined details like dark wood flooring, recessed lighting and large windows offering sweeping city views.
IVCi discreetly incorporated an impressive array of modern technology to create an interactive environment that supports dynamic presentations and smooth meeting experiences, all while preserving the space’s sophisticated ambiance and futureproofing it for evolving needs.
Project Highlights
IVCi engineered the Heritage Room at Hudson Yards into a high-performance, multipurpose collaboration space for a global house of iconic luxury brands. At its heart is a 54’ Planar 1.5mm pixel pitch direct-view LED wall, serving as the visual centerpiece and configurable for ultra-wide or quad 4K display modes. This display is flanked by dual 85” Samsung displays, that descend from the ceiling via Future Automation display lifts. Sony SRG-series intelligent PTZ cameras and Analog Way video processors deliver low-latency switching between content sources and participants. Audio is powered by Q-SYS DSPs and Shure microphones, distributed through strategically placed in-wall surround speakers optimized for speech intelligibility and spatial coverage. A robust matrix routing and switching system allows effortless transitions between presentation formats. Designed with scalability, remote monitoring, and enterprise platform integration in mind, the Heritage Room ensures long-term adaptability while supporting the brand’s global collaboration needs.
