Simply click on a link to access software licenses from Cisco or Polycom and CVE will automatically configure the device.

A unique video address is then assigned to the account for video dialing. It is formatted like an email address and can utilize the organization’s domain name following a format. This makes it easy to remember and share with contacts. Users can configure their account on up to six devices including smartphones and tablets.

Video automatically connects through the nearest data center on our network. This ensures the lowest latency and best quality video experience. Plus, accounts automatically get added to the global phone book which dynamically adjusts when subscriptions are added. Users can easily search for anyone connected to the service instead of having to manually type in an address. Additionally, with personal video accounts, companies only pay for active users; defined as having more than ten minutes of video calling per month.
